Thank you for purchasing a Concord® product from Allied Air Enterprises and taking a few moments to register it online.

Warranty registration is for new equipment installations only. Equipment must be registered within 60 days of installation. Or, if you purchased a new home, the equipment must be registered within 60 days of closing (or your home purchase was more than 60 days ago and equipment was not registered online for extended coverage). Your warranty defaults to a 5-Year Limited Warranty on parts and 20-Year Limited Warranty on heat exchangers on unregistered equipment.
What do you need to get started?
The serial number and model number for each piece of equipment you purchased.
An email address. We will use this to send you confirmation of your registration.

Your installing dealer/contractor can provide most of this information. If you need assistance gathering this information, please contact them.
The manufacturer’s warranty begins on the date of installation and lasts varying lengths of time depending on the type of unit installed. The warranty terms can be found on the back cover of the installation manual for your unit. You can check with your installing dealer if you no longer have your installation manual. You will need to have the model and serial number of your unit, which can be found on the unit’s data plate.
What is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty?
The manufacturer’s warranty covers most mechanical parts. It does not include labor, refrigerant, shipping charges or a replacement unit. You may have an extended warranty that was purchased through a third-party insurer. Please check with your installing dealer for information on any extended warranties.
How do I receive a warranty part?
All warranty parts are made available through independent wholesale distributors. Your installing dealer must fill out a warranty claim form, and then receive the part from the distributor.
